Dart Natomas

Registration for Year-Round Dart Natomas and Dart Summer Natomas will open Monday, April 25! You can find more information below about both groups.

Group Age Group Group Information & Requirements
National 13 & Older Required 6 workouts a week, swim meets required, must have goals that show progress in the competitive sport of swimming
Senior Speed 13 & Older Required 3 workouts per week, swim meets encouraged. These workouts are for competitive swimmers, high school swimmers, or swimmers trying to work into the National groups. Swimmers must have a higher understanding of training, intervals, and endurance than Summer 1 athletes.
AGE 3 9 – 13 Required 3 workouts per week, swim meets required, swimmers should have goals to progress into the National or another competitive group in the future. 
AGE 2 7 – 10 Introductory group to competitive USA Swimming.  Swimmers should attend some swim meets.  Swimmers should have understanding of all 4 strokes.
Summer 1 9 – 18 Swimmers interested in seasonal swimming.  Swimmers will be broken down by age in this group but will have the same seasonal (SCY) meet goals.  These swimmers should have an understanding of all four strokes and some ability to do swim sets.  SWIMMERS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM 25 YARDS IN DEEP WATER UNASSISTED
Summer 2 5 – 10 Swimmers interested in seasonal swimming. This group will be more introductory and will allow swimmers to learn all four strokes, turns, starts, and competitive swim skills in a fun environment. SWIMMERS MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM 25 YARDS IN DEEP WATER UNASSISTED
